Once you have made an appointment, what can you expect? You will find us conveniently located in the West Knoxville
area, just minutes from interstate 40 and only a 15 minute drive from Knoxville's McGhee Tyson Airport. Our office
is a brand new, free standing state of the art facility with ample on-site parking. The facility provides a comfortable
waiting area, exam rooms equipped with ultrasound, an on- site laboratory phlebotomist, an embryology laboratory, a surgical
suite and recovery room.
You will be greeted by our receptionist and your patient information will be prepared for charting. One of our nurses will
take you to an exam room and discuss how we can help you. The nurse will assist Dr. Keenan and you with your exam. Following
that, Dr. Keenan will review his opinion and discuss treatment options. The nurse will then explain testing and any other
procedures that must be completed prior to your next visit.
Our office accepts most major commercial insurance plans such as Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, and United Healthcare. Be
sure to ask if our office accepts your insurance plan and if Dr. Keenan is a network provider for your plan. You should be
aware that not all insurance plans provide infertility benefits. You should check with your insurance company prior to your
appointment and prior to beginning a treatment plan for infertility. Our office manager, Gary Gaylor can assist you with obtaining
benefit information and precertification for procedures once a treatment plan is prescribed.
We accept personal checks, VISA, Mastercard and Discover as methods of payment for copays, co-insurance amounts, non-covered services
and patient balances. Our office does not accept cash. Payment options will be provided to you specifically once you decide
on the treatment plan that is best for you.
